Can I inspect before buying?
Please do. Book a physical inspection any weekday or Saturday by appointment, or a live virtual tour if you are outside Lagos.
Are the properties titled?
Yes. Every Valjes development comes with verified title documents. We share copies so your lawyer can review them before you commit.
Can I buy from outside Nigeria?
Yes. Many of our buyers live abroad. We offer virtual tours, digital documentation and monthly progress videos so you can buy with confidence.
What documents do I receive?
A deed of assignment or sublease, survey plan, receipts for every payment and, where applicable, the Governor’s Consent.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Most of our developments offer flexible payment plans: an initial deposit, then instalments spread across the construction period. Terms differ by project, so ask an advisor for the current plan.
Do you offer mortgage options?
We work with partner banks and mortgage providers. An advisor can introduce you and walk you through current options.
Is my deposit refundable?
Reservation fees are refundable within the cooling-off period stated in your offer letter. Your advisor will walk you through the terms.
How long does construction take?
Typically 18 to 30 months depending on size. We publish monthly progress updates for every active site.
How will I know how construction is going?
Every active development gets a monthly update with drone footage, photos and a percentage complete, shared by email and on the project page.
What smart features come with the home?
Depending on the development: smart locks, app-controlled lighting and cooling, CCTV with remote viewing, and energy-efficient fittings. Each project page lists exactly what is included.
Who manages the building after handover?
Our facility management team handles maintenance, security, power and water, so the building stays in top shape.
Can I rent out my unit?
Yes. Owners can let their homes, and we can recommend vetted letting partners.
